These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TextTide Digital website and messaging services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
TextTide Digital Pvt. Ltd provides bulk messaging services including Promotional SMS, Transactional SMS, OTP SMS, Voice Calls, WhatsApp messaging and RCS messaging to registered business clients across India.
All messaging campaigns are subject to TRAI regulations, DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) registration requirements, and applicable DND (Do Not Disturb) rules. Clients are responsible for ensuring their message content, sender templates and recipient consent comply with these regulations before sending.
Service charges are billed as per the pricing plan agreed at the time of onboarding. Prepaid credits, once purchased, are non-refundable except where required by law.
While we maintain direct SMPP connectivity with major telecom operators and target 100% delivery, delivery timing can be affected by factors outside our control, including telecom operator outages, recipient handset status, and regulatory filtering.
TextTide Digital shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from delayed or failed message delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
